Working:
The above system works on voltage input which starts with 24 volts. Accordingly when voltage is above 20 all the lights will glow. Below 19 only four will glow. Below 16 only three will glow. Similarly below 12 two and below 5v only one will glow. The levels showing by the indicator provides approximate indication in multiples of 20%.
